Event Assistant

MAGC has several upcoming events for which it needs volunteer planning support. This is a terrific way to get involved in the community, use your party planning skills and make a difference! Specific duties include:

• Obtaining silent auction/raffle items
• Organizing food and beverages
• Setting up music and entertainment
• Decorations
• Outreach, notifying the public, PR

Grounds Volunteer

Work in the gardens and helping keep the facilities in top shape is always needed.  Experience with Bay Area plant care is a plus, as are light maintenance skills.

Have your school or organization volunteer its time for a day.  Help is always needed.  Drake High School volunteered in 2012 and cleaned up the grounds while having a great time.
