MAGC collaborates on an ongoing basis with the Center's supporting groups & groups that represent the arts (Marin Society of Artists, Ross Valley Players, Porchlight Theater Company, Decorations Guild), history (Moya Library / Ross Historical Society, Laurel House Group), and horticulture (Garden Society of Marin, Marin Bonsai Society, Marin Garden Club, Marin Master Gardeners, Marin Orchid Society and the Marin Rose Society). Periodic meetings that bring all the support group Presidents together foster opportunities for collaboration and communication.
In December of each year, Decorations Guild, Garden Society of Marin, Pixie Park, MAGC's Garden Education and others come together to offer a festive event marked by a holiday bake sale, Greens sale and the ever-popular teddy bear tea.
Resident horticultural support groups care for parts of the Center's beautiful gardens (Marin Orchid Society to offer orchid education to orchid enthusiasts in Marin County, the Marin Rose Society to tend/develop on organic rose garden on the grounds, Marin Garden Club to develop and tend the Memory Garden).
