The Marin Art and Garden Center has several sites available for special events. Below is general information about booking a site.

Catering
Renters are required to choose from our approved list of caterers. Caterers may serve beer, wine & champagne. Hard alcoholic beverages must be served by our approved bar service. One-day liability insurance is required.
Music
Marin Art and Garden Center is located in a sound-sensitive residential neighborhood. All amplified music or voice must be located indoors. DJs must be selected from our approved list and live bands have certain restrictions. A signed Music/Sound Agreement is required.
Parking
Parking is available on a first-come basis in the main lot. Large events may require the use of valet or off-site parking.
Security
All social events that include alcoholic beverages and/or music will incur an additional charge for Security. Security will be arranged by MAGC and billed at the rate of $35 per hr. (4 hr. minimum)
Overtime Fees
Overtime fees will be billed at the rate of $75 every quarter-hour over the scheduled end time of an event. A 15-minute grace period is given. Overtime may not be booked beyond the closing time for this site.
