|| The Garden Room ||

The Garden Room has a beautifully appointed interior, lovely landscaped front and rear Garden Patio areas, skylight, separate Bride's Room, outdoor built-in bar, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen. The Garden Room is elegant but maintains a relaxed atmosphere with french doors, operating gas fireplace, recessed lighting and lush garden setting. It's air-conditioned for the warmer months and centrally heated for the colder months.

The Garden Room can accommodate up to 100 guests seated, and up to 150 guests for a standing cocktail reception indoors. The outdoor garden patio can accommodate 200 guests either seated or for a cocktail reception.

Logistics
Saturday and Sunday rentals are based on an eight-hour time period: 2 hours for set-up, a 5-hour event, and 1 hour cleanup. Tables and chairs are provided up to the inventory available. Events must conclude by 10:00 PM. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions.

Rehearsals
Wedding rehearsals may be scheduled outdoors during the week at no additional charge depending on availability. Use of the buildings or a request for the Center Events and Activities Coordinator to be present outside of regular business hours will incur a charge of $200.

Equipment
Equipment included with Garden Room rental includes:

12 five foot round tables (seats 8-10) 6 six foot rectagular banquet tables
1 six foot round table (seats 10-12) 8 eight foot banquet tables
8 three foot round tables (seats 5-6) 200 white folding chairs
10 three foot square tables (seats 4) 60 wooden chairs with upholstered seats
2 four foot round tables (seats 6-8)
