|| The Livermore Pavilion ||
Ideal for weddings and special occasions, The Livermore Pavilion is spacious and airy, with an entire wall of sliding glass doors that open out onto the Livermore Deck and Stratford Gardens. The Livermore can be divided into two more intimate spaces by way of a sound proof acoustic wall, for smaller events, but will accommodate up to 250 when fully open. To heighten the ambience, there are two large rustic stone fireplaces that are gas-fired, one inside the Livermore and the other on the adjoining Livermore Deck. The deck also has clear sheets that can be lowered and outdoor heaters so you can adjust the comfort level to suit every occasion and weather condition. Like the Garden Room, the Livermore has a separate Bride's Dressing Room, sound system including CD player and commercial kitchen facilities.
Also ideal for meetings, lectures and classes, The Livermore has excellent acoustics, built-in sound system, and lapel microphone, pull-down viewing screens for audio-visual presentations and sufficient tables and chairs to accommodate board-room or classroom style arrangements. Food and beverages can be brought in or supplied by a certified caterer to suit your needs. Dishes and flatware are available for rent. Tables and chairs are included. The Livermore can be divided by a retractable acoustic wall for smaller meetings, classes or break-out sessions.
Logistics
Weekend rentals are based on an eight-hour time period: 2.5 hours for set-up, a 5 - hour event and 1.5 hour cleanup. Events must conclude by 11:00 p.m.
Rehearsals
Wedding rehearsals may be scheduled outdoors during the week at no additional charge based upon availability. Use of the buildings or a request for the Center Events and Activities Coordinator to be present outside of regular business hours will incur a charge of $50.
